Tuesdays

Club sponsor Runners’ Choice offers running workouts every Tuesday at 5:45 pm. The group meets at different locations during the year so check the Runners’ Choice website for details. These runs are held all year.

Workout schedule for 2017

Saturday, April 22: Trail run at Lemoine Point. Meet at south parking lot at 8 am.

Wednesday, April 26: Season kickoff event at Kingston Brewing Company upstairs. 7 pm to 9 pm.

Wednesday, May 3: First bike/run workout of the season. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Loop on 4th Concession followed by 2 km run.

Saturday, May 6: Trail run at Lemoine Point. Meet at south parking lot at 8 am.

Wednesday, May 10: Bike/run. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Triangle bricks.

Wednesday, May 17: Bike/run. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Four to six 5 km intervals on Middle Road.

Saturday, May 20: Trail run at Lemoine Point. Meet at south parking lot at 8 am.

Wednesday, May 24: 15 km time trial. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Followed by a social.

Sunday, May 28: Long ride. Details TBA

Wednesday, May 31: Bike/run. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Duathlon: 1 km run, 23 km ride, 2 km run

Wednesday, June 7: Bike. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. 1/2/3 km intervals on Middle Road

Sunday, June 11: Annual Triple Workout and Barbecue at Sydenham Lake. Details TBA.

Wednesday, June 14: Bike. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Two circuits of Abbey Dawn loop.

Sunday, June 18: Group swim at Grass Creek Park. Details TBA.

Wednesday, June 21: Bike/run. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. 16 km time trial on Abbey Dawn Road and 3 km run.

Monday, June 26: First Lake Ontario swim. Meet at 6 pm at the PUC dock at the foot of Beverly Street.

Wednesday, June 28: Bike. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Long ride. Details TBA.

Monday, July 3: Lake Ontario swim. Meet at 6 pm at the Time sculpture on King Street.

Wednesday, July 5: Bike/run. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Group triangle rides and 1 km runs

Monday, July 10: Lake Ontario swim. Meet at 6 pm at the Time sculpture on King Street.

Wednesday, July 12: Bike/run. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Duathlon: 1 km run, 23 km ride, 2 km run. Followed by a social.

Sunday, July 16: Long ride to Prince Edward County. Details TBA.

Monday, July 17: Lake Ontario swim. Meet at 6 pm at the Time sculpture on King Street.

Wednesday, July 19: Bike/run. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. 32 km time trial on Abbey Dawn Road. 5 km run.

Monday, July 24: Lake Ontario swim. Meet at 6 pm at Time sculpture on King Street.

Wednesday, July 26: Bike. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. 4th Concession intervals.

Monday, July 31. Lake Ontario swim. Meet at 6 pm at Time sculpture on King Street.

Wednesday, August 2: Bike/run. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Short bricks.

Monday, August 7: Lake Ontario swim. Meet at 6 pm at the Time sculpture on King Street.

Wednesday, August 9: Bike. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Four to six 5 km intervals on Middle Road.

Monday, August 14: Lake Ontario swim. Meet at 6 pm at the Time sculpture on King Street.

Wednesday, August 16: Bike/run. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Triangle bricks, with focus on power up hills.

Monday, August 21: Lake Ontario swim. Meet at 6 pm at the Time sculpture on King Street.

Wednesday, August 23: Bike. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. Four 7 km intervals.

Sunday, August 27: Long ride. Meet at 159 Main Street in Seeleys Bay for a 72 km ride. Departs at 8 am.

Monday, August 28: Final Lake Ontario swim. Meet at 6 pm at the Time sculpture on King Street.

Wednesday, August 30: Bike. Meet at Grass Creek Park on Highway 2 at 6:30 pm. 15 km time trial. Followed by season-ending barbecue.
